Can I pay in installments?
Yes — three monthly payments instead of one. The installment total is slightly higher than paying once.
Is there a refund policy?
Drafting begins as soon as your intake is complete, so sales are final once your package has been generated. If something goes wrong before that, write to us and we will sort it out.
What's not included?
Government filing fees, translation of foreign-language documents, and any attorney you engage to review or file your petition. We prepare documents; we do not file them for you.
Can I upgrade later?
Your package stays open while your case is open, so you can revise and re-generate as your evidence comes together. New services are announced as they open.
